Listed prices DO NOT include EU VAT tax yet (22%).   There is NO VAT from our side for non-EU residents (natural and legal persons) and for EU companies with valid EU VAT number. Any import duties and additional taxes for non-EU countries (vary from country to country) are the responsibility of the buyer! In the event of a return of goods due to unpaid duties in the buyer’s country, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount, as well as the cost of the original shipping.

All our parts, both refurbished and parts from our production, are thoroughly tested and are already used on many vessels around the world. However, given that we have no influence on who installs these parts in the vessels, how they are installed, how they are maintained and how often their performance is tested, WE DO NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO THE VESSELS.

In the spirit of recycling and protecting the environment, we occasionally use used packaging (paper, cardboard, foam, etc.) to send parts to customers.

Money back guarantee:  in some cases, our customers’ mechanics complain when installing our reconditioned parts that the parts are not new or that they are sometimes more difficult to install (both are true). In case you are also disappointed with our parts, you can send them back to us within 30 days (the return shipping cost is paid by the buyer) and if they are in the same condition as sent to you, we will refund your purchase price within a few days of receiving them.
