Types of DPH steering cylinders (define when ordering):
DPH systems with NO Electronic Steering:
- 21745119 / 22452005
- use only 1 cylinder per drive
- drives are tie-bar connected
- cylinders have NO magnets and hole for sensor
DPH systems with Electronic Steering:
- 21745117 / 22452003
- use 2 cylinders per drive
- drives are NOT tie-bar connected
- cylinders have magnets and hole for sensor
- price is 280€ instead 250€
What you need to know about our remanufactured cylinders:
- they are completely rebuilt internally and tested with high oil pressure test
- the exact diameter (wear) of the piston rod is also tested
- the warranty on them is 1 year (as with new ones)
- they are slightly sanded on the outside and painted with a durable black color, while we do NOT pay too much attention to the exterior, as this would only increase the price, and the cylinders are under water anyway
- the cases show signs of previous use (minor scratches, wear)
- all inlets have been tested, do not screw the stainless steel supply pipes too tightly (15 Nm), as there are 2 materials of completely different hardness (aluminum – stainless steel), we do NOT recognise warranty for damaged cylinders!!
- since the pressure test, there is still some ATF oil in the cylinders, which at the same time protects the cylinder from corrosion. You can only top up the oil or drain ans exchange it before use
- Bellows (3594036) are NOT included, we can add them (new – original) on proforma invoice, price is 20€/pcs
- When assembling, be careful (!!!), do not swapp connecting pipes, as in this case, you will double the pressure on the cylinder and most likely oil will leak out / cylinder will be destroyed
