The DPH-A hose connection 40005192 is originally made of plastic, but KOZWEL BOATWORKS made a metal aftermarket product, because plastic often cracks.
Sometimes the crack is so small and invisible that it can only be seen when the steering wheel is turned left or right, and the result is overheating of the engine at gliding, when this connector is out of the water and the impeller pump draws air instead of water.
We tested this product now for 4 seasons and everything works well.
