D4 SET usually consists of 4 pcs (automatic, manual, 2 pulleys) and D6 SET usually from 5 pcs (1 more pulley).
Tensioners are already assembled with bearings and Seger rings. Automatic (compressor) and manual (alternator) tensioners must be mounted on existing housings/holders. So, everything ready to install.
